Is your BHS student in Spanish or Biology 2, or planning on these classes next year? If so, you'll want to attend our informational meeting about the summer 2026 trip to the Galápagos Islands. The meeting is tonight in the HS commons at 6pm. This is a once in a lifetime experience. Hope to see you there.

Today staff had a Secret Spirit Day (we didn't tell the kids)! We all wore black and were Ninjas. Any student who guessed or noticed won a prize! We had 6 winners! I wonder what tomorrow will be?

Good afternoon BHS community! It’s a perfect time for our amazing community to recognize our impressive Fall teams as they tackle their post seasons.
This Wednesday at 5p.m., folks are invited to help decorate the town square in Elmwood in support of the E/B Co-op Football team as they host their first postseason game on Friday night. Furthermore, our girls and boys’ co-op cross country teams move onto sectionals this Saturday in Elmwood, after a tremendous regional performance this past weekend. Any orange and black support/decorations throughout Elmwood, Kickapoo, and Brimfield to honor these three teams is appreciated.
Finally, our BHS volleyball team, ranked #14 in 1A in Illinois, heads into the post season with a 24-4-1 record, a 7-0 conference record, and an undefeated home record this year. They will play at Abingdon Avon High School at 6pm on Wednesday night. Any recognitions posted throughout town for them are encouraged as well.
It’s a great time to display your town/school pride in celebration of these amazing kids.
Go Trojans! Go Indians!
